At Camel Boat Club, every item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

SIZING

Please review the sizing chart carefully before ordering. Since each item is custom-made after purchase, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If tracking shows the package was lost in transit before delivery, contact us and we will work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
