Thank you for shopping with Camel Boat Club.
ORDER PROCESSING
All Camel Boat Club products are made to order. Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days after purchase.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 3–7 business days after production
• International Orders: 7–21 business days after production
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Camel Boat Club is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if production has not yet begun.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.
Camel Boat Club is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.
If tracking indicates a package has been lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it:
• Check with household members or neighbors
• Verify the delivery address on your order
• Contact the shipping carrier directly
Camel Boat Club cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations where shipping services are unavailable or restricted.
